この度、当社グループ施設やBooking.comを装った不審なメッセージが送信されている事象が確認されました。これらのメッセージは、WhatsAppなどのメッセージアプリを介して配信されており、悪質なフィッシングサイト（詐欺サイト）へ誘導するおそれのある不正なURLリンクが含まれております。

 

当社グループ施設およびBooking.comから、WhatsApp等のメッセージアプリを通してお客さまへ直接ご予約内容やクレジットカード情報に関するご連絡をお送りすることは一切ございません。万が一、このような疑わしいメッセージをお受け取りになった際は、被害を未然に防ぐため、記載されたURLには決してアクセス（クリック）なされないようお願い申し上げます。

 

お客さまには多大なるご心配とご迷惑をおかけしておりますことを、心より深くお詫び申し上げます。

We have confirmed incidents in which suspicious messages pretending to be from our group facilities or Booking.com have been sent. These messages are being distributed via messaging apps such as WhatsApp and contain fraudulent URLs that may lead to malicious phishing sites.

 

Please note that neither our group facilities nor Booking.com will ever contact customers directly via messaging apps like WhatsApp regarding reservation details or credit card information. If you receive any such suspicious message, please do not access (click) any URL included in it, in order to prevent potential harm.

 

We sincerely apologize for the great concern and inconvenience this may cause our customers.
